Oleksandra Novikova (Sasha) is a humanitarian worker and founder of Help Ukraine GR, with nearly a decade of experience living in Greece. Having migrated independently at a young age, Sasha has personally encountered the myriad challenges that many migrant women face, including cultural adaptation, social integration, and access to essential resources. This profound understanding fuels her commitment to empowering and supporting others on their journeys. Sasha holds degrees in applied linguistics and early childhood education and is currently pursuing a master's in theology and culture. For the past three years, she has focused on providing informational support to refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in Greece while actively engaging in advocacy for the Ukrainian community. Notably, she was part of the European Network of Migrant Women’s delegation to the EYE2023 event
