In an ever-changing world, being able to navigate change and trends - such as climate change, the green transition, or the changing nature of work - is crucial. This masterclass will introduce the concepts of foresight via the EIGE Gender Equality Foresight Toolkit (which will be launched close to the Forum) and provide participants with knowledge and practical skills to conduct their own trend-based foresight workshops on gender equality within their institutions.
