Branislava Arađan is a law graduate and human rights activist from Serbia, with over a decade of experience advocating for human and youth rights and through various NGOs. She co-founded an NGO focused on empowering young people through capacity building, advocacy, and campaigning, while also working as an educator on topics like human trafficking and digital safety. In 2021, she joined the WAVE Network as a Project and Youth Ambassador Coordinator. In this role, she supports the work of WAVE Youth Ambassadors and initiatives such as the “I am Women/Girl in Cyberspace” campaign. Her work centers on youth engagement, child safeguarding policies, feminist self-care, and advancing efforts on primary prevention of violence against women and girls. Currently based in Vienna, Austria, she continues to champion gender equality and youth empowerment.
