Buks’ career spans over 15 years working in the private and public sectors at the intersection of business, public policy, sustainability, and inclusion. He joined Ingka Group’s Diversity. Equality and Inclusion team in September 2021 and is helping to accelerate how Ingka uses its assets and influence to address inequality. Prior to joining Ingka, Buks worked for Unilever for over a decade in various global and regional roles in Corporate Communications, Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion.
Buks has dedicated his career to using the power of business as a force for good. He believes companies are a key player in creating socio-economic prosperity for the many, not the few. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Global Distributors Collective and is passionate about intrapreneurship.
