Chantelle Lamont is a Development Advisor with Skillnet Ireland, the business support agency responsible for the promotion and facilitation of talent development in Ireland. Since 2022, she has overseen key Skillnet Business Networks in the Technology and Creative sectors, including Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet, Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet, itag Skillnet, Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet, MIDAS Electronic Systems Skillnet and the Cultural & Creative Industries Skillnet. Chantelle drives collaboration and innovation across these sectors, working to build a workforce prepared for the future.
With over 10 years management experience, Chantelle brings a wealth of experience to her role. On behalf of Skillnet Ireland, she manages Skills Connect, an employment assistance programme that supports individuals re-entering the workforce. In her role, she engages with higher education, government departments, business representative groups, enterprise agencies and both international and indigenous companies to empower individuals and organisations through targeted training programs and industry partnerships, strengthening Ireland’s place in the global tech ecosystem. Chantelle holds an MBA in International Business Management.
