Helene Banner founded „Let’s Just Be Imperfect, Ladies“ in 2020 to inspire more women to bring their feminine, authentic leadership style to their workplace. As a Leadership Keynote Speaker, Moderator and Trainer she brings male and female leaders together to open the glass ceiling „from above“: for a more open and diverse leadership culture on corporate top floors with men who re-define leadership as allies on gender equality.
Previously, Helene was an EU spokesperson at the European Commission and later the German speechwriter for European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker. In summer 2019, she advised Ursula von der Leyen in the weeks when she became the first female President of the European Commission in history. Helene is also a Visiting Professor on political communication at the College of Europe in Bruges.
