Irene is an Italian feminist activist with almost ten years of experience working with survivors of gender-based violence and board member of Lesbiche Bologna, an Italian association supporting lesbian, bi, and trans* communities. Her work primarily focuses on issues such as migration, trafficking, and domestic violence. Since 2017, she has been involved in Linea Lesbica e Antiviolenza, a helpline dedicated to combating lesbophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and intimate partner violence (IPV) in lesbian relationships, while also raising awareness of these issues. Irene has extensive experience in training professionals. She has also led several workshops and self-awareness feminist groups
