Pirkko Mahlamäki (Master of Arts, Master of Laws) is an Executive member of the European Disability Forum and chair of its Women’s Committee. She represents the Forum in the Board of the European Women’s Lobby (EWL) and in the past also served in the Executive Committee of the Lobby, and Secretary General of the Finnish Disability Forum. Pirkko is very active on many issues related the rights of women and persons with disabilities, including issues related to violence against women, SRHR, care economy and feminist politics.
