Alex Gomez Bedmar is pursuing a European Master in Human Rights and Democratization from the Global Campus of Human Rights, specializing in gender relations and LGBTI+ rights. A dedicated activist for diversity and inclusion, Alex has spearheaded projects within the European non-profit sector, collaborating with queer NGOs. He has also served as a Project and Communication Officer for JEF Europe, engaging youth across Europe to promote peace, rule of law, and human rights. Additionally, as a Conference Manager for STEAR (Student Think Tank Europe-Asia Relations), Alex organized a conference on peacebuilding bridging Europe and Asia, and within this scope, he aims to build common platforms advocating for gender and LGBTI+ rights beyond Europe, embracing a global perspective.
