Andreea is a committed advocate for international human rights and gender equality, bringing a strong legal foundation to her work on transformative initiatives in both international and civil society organizations. In her roles as an intern and consultant at ODIHR, she conducted extensive legal research on hate crime legislation, supporting key initiatives to strengthen the support for hate crime victims across the OSCE region, with a focus on gender-based and anti-LGBTI hate crimes and an emphasis on intersectionality. At the Association for Liberty and Gender Equality (A.L.E.G.), she works on gender budgeting and policy implementation projects designed to advance gender equality and care justice at the local level in Romania.
