Goda is a young policy professional with a strong interest in gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, intersectionality and how they affect politics, especially in the EU. She has recently graduated from Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in European Politics and Society, where her MA thesis analyzed EU gender finance programs. Throughout her career, Goda has conducted a traineeship at the EIB and worked as a policy analyst on multiple projects related to sustainability, security, and regional development policies, collaborating with multiple Lithuanian public institutions. Since she recently joined a public policy institute, Visionary Analytics, as a Researcher, her thematic focus has shifted mainly towards digitalization policies and how they relate to economic and social development in the EU.
