After a tragic femicide occurred in her hometown, Lena founded the organization "Diálogo del Mundo", committed to promoting gender equality and combating violence against women. Along with her team, she champions the implementation of the Istanbul Convention and organizes action days, educational workshops, and public events. Previously, Lena was actively involved in various youth political initiatives and continued to serve as a jury member for the Youth Democracy Award of the Federal Agency for Civic Education.
Lena holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Greifswald and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. She has also gained experience as a research assistant in several projects, most recently under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Corinna Kröber.
