Tanvi is an Economics researcher at Antwerp Management School, focusing on entrepreneurship and ecosystems with gender as a linchpin. With a background in Statistics and Business Economics, she started her career in consulting in India before moving to Belgium to pursue academic research. Her work includes EU-funded projects like EICAA and Connected River in addition to projects focused on Flanders for VLAIO and Athumi.
Tanvi actively integrates gender into her research, exploring areas like “Gendered Decision-Making in Business.” She also serves on her school’s diversity task force and co-founded StepOne, a nonprofit supporting student skills with an emphasis on gender inclusivity. She has participated in the World Economic Forum’s Global Changemakers program and brings her perspective as a young woman navigating a male-dominated field, striving to make gender equality a core part of her research and advocacy.
